Terms and Conditions
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms apply when you use The Disability Advocates’s website, request a call, or receive calls or text messages from us. The Disability Advocates (“we”, “us”) provides this website and service. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
We help people who are asking about Social Security Disability (SSDI) benefits find out whether they may qualify, and we help with and represent SSDI claims through our own licensed advocates (our employees or contractors). We start with a short screening call. If it looks like you may qualify, we can transfer you during that call to one of our advocates, who will explain how we can help and the terms of any representation before you agree to anything.
2. What we don’t do
We are not the Social Security Administration and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. We are not a law firm and don’t give legal, medical or financial advice. We can’t guarantee that you qualify for benefits, the amount of any benefit, or that we will take on your claim. Any decision on your claim is made by the Social Security Administration.
3. Cost
Our screening call is free. If you choose to have us represent your claim, our fee is set out in a written fee agreement that you sign first, and it is regulated by and must be approved by the Social Security Administration before it can be paid.
4. Calls and text messages
When you request a call, you agree that we may call and text you at the number you gave about your SSDI enquiry, including calls that use automated technology or an artificial or AI-generated voice. Calls may be recorded. Message frequency varies with your enquiry; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help, or tell us on a call. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information, to only enter a phone number that belongs to you, and not to use our website or services for anyone else without their permission or for any unlawful purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
Our website and screening service are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them or from decisions about your claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
7. Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Questions: confirmation@thedisabilityadvocates.com.
