Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 October 2026
This policy explains what information The Disability Advocates (“we”, “us”) collects when you ask us for help with a Social Security Disability (SSDI) enquiry, and how we use it.
What we collect
Your name, mobile number and state when you request a call; the answers you give on our screening call (for example whether you’re working, your health condition in general terms, and whether you already have representation); a recording and transcript of the call; and technical details such as your IP address and browser when you submit a form, which we keep as a record of your consent.
How we use it
To call and text you about your SSDI enquiry, to work out whether you may qualify, and — if you may — for our licensed advocates to help with and represent your claim. Calls may use automated technology, including an AI-generated voice, as described when you gave consent. We also use the information to keep records of consent, to improve our service, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Your information stays with us: our own licensed advocates use it to help with your claim. If you ask us to represent you, we share what’s needed with the Social Security Administration for your claim. We also use service providers who help us run our calls, texts and systems, under confidentiality obligations. We don’t sell your personal information or pass it to other businesses for marketing.
Text messages and your mobile number
We do not share or sell your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
You can stop calls and texts at any time by replying STOP to a text from us or telling us on a call. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing confirmation@thedisabilityadvocates.com.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the purposes above, including keeping records of consent for as long as the law requires.
Not a government agency
The Disability Advocates is a private company. We are not the Social Security Administration and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.
